Well we have been quite busy sewing as there have been many requests from The Court for new clothing in celebration of the good fortunes brought about by Hawkins's latest adventures. he has managed to get Guinea and to the New World and back and has brought great treasure for many. We just love when voyages are successful. We particularly love when there are loads of pearls brought back to our beloved England.
We also have seen this gown on a certain person who must be unnamed. We are not at all certain how she would have acquired a gown made by us. And we would deny such a commission, but we think she looks well in it.
